Service Provider and Placement Provider Network

CORNERSTONES OF CARE is currently looking for qualified individuals to become a part of our Service Provider and Placement Provider Network. Providers are needed to work with children & families who are involved with the Missouri Child Welfare System. They should have an understanding of and experience providing services to a child welfare population. Providers who embrace/support the following are encouraged to join our network:

  • Permanent homes for all children
  • Safety in all placement settings for children
  • Value & right to family for all children
  • Respectful to children/families & their life situation
  • Flexibility to provide services when/where works best for families
  • Emphasis on outcome-based service delivery
  • Ability to participate in & support the Family Support Team process
  • Technologically able to receive referrals & submit billing/progress notes through an automated web-based system

We are looking to establish a skilled and diverse Service Provider Network that can provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Parenting education classes
  • Mentoring services
  • Sexual abuse counseling
  • Psychological evaluations and testing
  • Anger management services
  • Individual, group, and family counseling – both in home and in office
  • Day treatment for children
  • Parent aide services
  • Substance abuse services
  • Parenting assessments

We are also looking to establish a skilled and diverse Placement Provider Network that can provide placements including, but not limited to:

  • Professional foster homes
  • Behavioral foster homes
  • Career foster homes
  • Emergency foster homes
  • Medical foster homes
  • Respite foster homes
  • Residential treatment facilities
