Cornerstones of Care and Youthrive are partnering to bring you this engaging, informative and interactive training focused on improving and building relationships — and by extension improving our broader society.

Changing the world is no small task but it does begin with one small step — improving our community begins with improving ourselves. Have you ever considered that your capacity for being kind, compassionate and forgiving with others begins with your ability to first do those things for yourself?

This training will explore using compassion and empathy to develop healthy and transformative relationships with ourselves and others. As we transform ourselves, we transform our world. Healthy, happy and safe relationships are a key factor in promotiong growth and change. Compassion and empathy are skills that can be developed. They are also foundational and necessary tools that support satisfying and sustainable relationships
