The training defines ethical standards and best practices to aid you in making sound, ethical decisions when faced with ethical dilemmas. Featuring interactive group activities with examples of realistic issues participants may face in their daily lives, the training's objectives for attendees are to:

  1. Understand the intersection of personal and professional values in ethical decision making.
  2. Learn and implement ethical decision making models to navigate ethical dilemmas.
  3. Identify ethical congruence and incongruence.
  4. Learn strategies to buffer against ethical incongruence.
