As humans, we are going to experience stress and anxiety at some point in our lives. The question then becomes, how are you going to respond to stress and times of difficulty? Strengthening our resilience muscles is a great way to help empower us to not just survive in difficult times, but to thrive and achieve our desired outcomes. This session will lay the foundation for what resiliency is and why it is important in our daily lives, discuss various strategies for improving resiliency and self-care, and sharing various resources that can help support your journey to building a more resilient you.
