TREATMENT FOSTER CARE
IN JACKSON COUNTY
We Believe
- Every child deserves to be safe and healthy, in a loving home and supportive community.
- A safe place to sleep is a child’s first step to health and healing.
- Families deserve a chance to stay together.
We know that children and youth have the best opportunity to thrive when they launch into adulthood from a caring and compassionate home. But we need your help.
In Jackson County, 100 children and teens are in need of loving, temporary homes. Many of these youth have experienced significant trauma, making it difficult to succeed in school and at home. They need the advanced-level treatment foster care — a 24/7 support program empowering foster families to help youth overcome trauma and prepare for the future. Sadly, there are less than 20 licensed homes in the county.
