Thank you for ordering tickets to the Chiefs Charity Game! We're happy to have you join us for the celebration at the legendary Arrowhead Stadium for a fun-filled night you'll never forget!

We hope you will find the following frequently asked questions helpful, but should your question not be answered here, please feel free to contact Katie at katie.culbertson@cornerstonesofcare.org

We can't wait to see you there!

  • Children 3 years of age or older require their own ticket.
  • Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket; however if they do not have a ticket, they must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult
  • Car seats are only permitted if a child has a ticket and are subject to security screening.

FYI — Fans First Booths provide ID bracelets for children that contain key information to help reconnect them with their accompanying adults should they become lost.

Attendees pull up their parking passes and tickets on their smart phones via the Chiefs Mobile App and show them to the appropriate Chiefs attendants to gain access to the parking lot/stadium.
  • Should you not have a smart phone, prior to the game you can transfer your ticket to someone who will be attending the game with you who does have one, and they can show your ticket for you to gain access to the stadium.
  • If no one in your party has a smart phone, so long as you accept the initial ticket transfer via email from your computer prior to the game, the Chiefs can print your ticket on game day. Simply arrive early and go to the main box office with a photo ID that matches the name on your account.

Your tickets to the Chiefs Charity Game do not include parking at Arrowhead Stadium. Should you like to park and tailgate before the game, here's what you should know:

  • Parking lots open 5 hours prior to kickoff.
  • Parking passes can be purchased in advance for $40. The day of the event, parking is $60 cash only.
  • Parking passes are accessible via the Chiefs Mobile App. It is advisable to take a screen shot of your parking pass (with the bar code) as internet connectivity can be limited once the stadium begins to fill.
  • To alleviate congestion and keep traffic from backing up onto Interstate 70, traffic on Blue Ridge Cutoff will be directed past Gate 2 and instead funneled into Gates 3 and 4. After the complex begins filling, Gate 2 will be opened to assist with the high volume of vehicles arriving closer to kickoff.
  • Courtesy carts are available for guests needing assistance to and from the parking lots within the Truman Sports Complex. Carts are available at many Fan First Tent locations o or call the Chiefs Fan Experience Department at (816) 920-4237 to request a cart.
  • There are also bus and zTrip options available.

Curious where you will be seated or the best route to get there from where you park? Once you get your tickets, check out the easy-to-navigate map of Arrowhead Stadium, its entry gates and the locations of the all-important bathrooms!
