Disc Golf Tournament

Join us for a day of fun and fairways at the Cornerstones of Care Open Disc Golf Tournament on September 19 at Thornfield Disc Golf Course! Check-in is at 8:00 a.m. with a 9:00 a.m. tee off. Chaired by Dan Cashen, the event will feature 18 holes of disc golf play, contests, raffles, and lunch. This fun day-in-the-sun is sure to have something for everyone - regardless if you're a first-time player or a seasoned golfer wanting to show off your skills.

This year, we’re doubling down to raise extra funds for youth at our Ozanam Campus to participate in recreational activities. Whether you send a foursome to play or just want to donate, proceeds help ensure that we always have fun activities to keep our youth active and safe!
