Holiday Gifts
Individuals and groups can spread some holiday cheer by providing gifts for children and families in our care (or $10 gift cards to Walmart or Target).
- Sponsor-a-Youth —We are pleased to report that we have already fulfilled the Christmas wish lists for over 1000 youth this year! Thank you to everyone who has generously provided these youth a most joyous holiday!
- Gift Gallery — You can still donate new, unwrapped items for children, teens and adults for our Gift Gallery, where families in our community-based programs shop at no cost to ensure everyone in the household has a gift to open during the holidays. Donation drop-off days are scheduled at 9038 Metcalf on November 23, December 2 and December 4. This flyer outlines the items we typically ask for. Contact Stefanie at stefanie.caravella@cornerstonesofcare.org for more details.
- Holiday Fund — Want to help but can’t donate items? You can make a monetary donation to our holiday fund to help us make sure we’re able to provide the best holiday support.

Donation Drop-Off Details
In the Kansas City Area
You may deliver your donations to any of our main campuses. When you arrive, please check in at the front desk inside and simply complete a donation form and take a copy of it as a receipt for your records. Ask for anyone in the Development Department for individual assistance.
Please contact us in advance to confirm our storage space and to schedule a time to drop-off your donations when staff members will be available to assist you.
While we partner with MAJ-R Thrift to provide curbside donation pick-ups and convenient drop-off bins throughout the city for your gently used items, they are currently not accepting donations at this time. Please check back at a later date or call then to see when they are accepting donations again.
Those items are then sold at one of their local thrift store locations. A portion of sales are donated back to us each month. If you would like to schedule a curbside pick-up, you will work directly with MAJ-R Thrift to coordinate those details when one of their trucks will be in your area next. You can schedule a pick-up time online based on when trucks will be in your neighborhood. They also provide convenient donation bins located throughout the city for you to donate smaller items. View a list of bin locations.
You may deliver donations at:
- Cornerstones of Care – Pathways Wichita
2606 E Central Ave
Wichita, KS 67214
All donations should be coordinated with Lauren Collins at 316-682-4000. Please keep in mind that this location primarily serves teens and young adults.
