Join us for a day of frisbees and fun at the Cornerstones of Care Open Disc Golf Tournament on September 21 at Thornfield Disc Golf Course!

Chaired by Dan Cashen, the event will feature 18 holes of disc golf play, contests, raffles, and lunch. This fun day-in-the-sun is sure to have something for everyone - regardless if you're a first-time player or a seasoned golfer wanting to show off your skills.
